I build
what works.

Software, systems, businesses, and the occasional motorcycle-mounted bubble machine. I like hard problems, capable people, and seeing things all the way through.

Selected work & experiments.

A few projects from different parts of my life. Each had a different problem to solve.

01 / The game

Morse
Command.

The Long Watch is a story campaign that makes Morse practice part of a mystery. You come for the characters and the puzzle; the learning happens along the way. The original Arcade game is live now.

02 / The work that holds up

From isolated instruments to shared, trusted data.

For a multinational pharma client, I led a four-person team through the design and rollout of a central data system across four labs. We listened to scientists, worked around live experiments, and left them with something they still use every day.

Client name withheld. Project details are draft copy for review before publication.

03 / Just because

Eight motors.
One very happy motorcycle.

I built a handlebar-controlled bubble machine for my bike because a little surprise at a red light can change someone’s day. The first version taught me what didn’t work. This one puts a whole lot more bubbles into the world.

A little about me

I’ve worked at every scale.

From a three-developer VoIP team to MSN Messenger, a Seattle family office, and lab systems used across multiple sites. The common thread is finding the real problem, bringing people with me, and getting the solution into use.
